    I am also a newbie with previous 4WD experience.....2002 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer 4wd. I love my Prius and I'm now getting 48 mpg vs 12 mpg...LOL

    I've had Amoreena for two weeks and it's love! Mods the past two weeks include upgrading the stereo to the Kenwood DNX6960 and popping off the wheel covers and putting in electric box covers from Lowe's for the center caps. Next upgrades on the list include window tint (35% all around, except the windshield and the lower back window) and lower rocker moldings. Here are a few pics from this morning after her first bath and by the bay!

    Picked up a silver 2011 package III with mats. Have had it for 2 weeks and put about 600 miles on it and loving each mile of it.

    Still trying to get used to driving it efficiently but getting better as I go.

    My 2011 Prius III ~ tinted, wheel covers removed with Toyota wheel caps inserted.
    Came from a Ford F150 Quad Cab 4x4 - and have NO regrets!
    50 - 60mpg vs 18mpg.
    Loving her ~ her name is 'Oli Liko
    meaning Little Blooming Bud or Flower in Hawaiian.

    Finished signing the papers @ 12:30a and left the lot after 1a, got home before 2a.

    Up by 6a to get to the tint shop....

    It's kind of nice. Had the clear shield put on and there are just two tiny dimples where the bracket would mount. No clutter.

    Had mine done 6 hours after I bought mine...used 3M color stable dark all the way around.

    Did you do the same % on every window? I'm in CA, too. I only did 60% on the fronts of mine. I'm actually okay with that, but it gives the car an uneven feel... ug
