Looking Great!! Have fun with it! (Looks exactly like my base 2004 (original owner) even to the paint color. ) -Graeme- 2004 Prius with >190,000 miles. Sent ?.
Just got my first hybrid. 2010 Prius Two. 240k lol Has some issues I need to figure out but it’s been pretty good so far.
Got this 2014 c with 44k miles at the beginning of April. Love driving it! I had a Camry before and I'm happy to be sticking with Toyota. Overall it's in great shape and I'll take very good care of it going forward.
Yeah, I got it at 44,800 for a great price . It has a few thousand more miles on it now. The red color wouldn't have been my first choice, but it's really grown on me. The Dr. Prius app says the hybrid battery life expectancy is at 88%, and I plan to get it serviced (oil changes, etc) every 5k miles.
My house was recently hit by a tornado and totaled my old Camry. I bought this used Prius. Glad to be here.
Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone has a blue gen 1 prius? I am looking for some specific photos. I wanted to know if anyone has some photos they can take up close sort of from the front/ passenger side? Lost my baby recently AND my photos of her and am just hoping to get some photos of the same kind of car. Thanks
Just bought a used 2012 Prius II. About $9.5k with 90k in miles. Awesome car and in excellent condition. Glad to drive a hybrid. Had it inspected by a third party on top of the dealers inspection. Everything checked out well and it drives amazingly. One problem is I need to get the driver side door actuator fixed but that should be easy DIY with parts from online.
FB_IMG_1591589942900 by JerryScript posted Jun 7, 2020 at 11:24 PM I just bought this 2007 to use for extended camping trips. I got it pretty cheap ($2.3k) because the HV battery is going bad. I'm going with a Hometown Hybrids rebuilt battery for $995, putting me all in with tax/title/registration at about $3.6k, so if I can get 4-5 years out of her I'll feel really good! I plan on learning how to replace and balance cells, in case the battery has issues after the 2yr/50k warranty runs out. She has 135k miles, and a full service record on Toyota's website with 2 entries per year (mostly scheduled service), with the HV battery listed as needing replacement as the most recent entry, so I feel pretty good about my chances of getting to my 5 year goal and maybe more! I want to thank everyone here in advance for sharing their knowledge and experience! I'll be reading a lot, and probably asking some stupid questions since this is my first hybrid, but I hope along the way I can help someone out as well! Drive Safe My Friends!
I just finished swapping my rebuilt battery from Hometown Hybrids. It took me a couple of hours, I went slow to make sure I was safe, and I watched several videos before and during the swap, just to be sure I didn't miss anything. After finishing, I took it for a test drive around the neighborhood, and then let it run for about 20 minutes with the AC on, everything seems to be working properly so far! Here are a couple of pics showing the packaging from Hometown Hybrids, very professional, and the green folder has a warranty form, product registration form, and return shipping label for my old core. I'm a happy Prius camper now!
Hello. A proud owner of a new 2020 Prius Prime. I'll try to post in the new purchases section later when I decipher the whole Bill of Sale!
I replaced all the lights, except the headlights with LED bulbs, I'm happy with the look! 2005 base model Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I love the white interior accent colors. I think they add a very modern, futuristic touch. Chevy did something similar with some of their Volt interiors: http://i.bnet.com/blogs/chevy-volt-interior-front.jpg
