New York State Income Tax Credit and Sales Tax Exemption

Okay, finally doing taxes.

Here is how I understand it. For the federal return, I can use sales tax or state income tax as a deduction, whichever is greater.

This will not affect the hybrid vehicle credit to my state income tax which is a completely separate form given to a separate government?

Is this correct?

Don't forget your $2000 to your Adjusted Gross Income on your Federal Income Tax.

I finished my Federal forms that night, but haven't done the extra forms for the State (AU-11 and another, I think).

Hey, my refund is already spent. It doesn't actually matter when I get the check. Three cheers for procrastination.

I have an emergency situation where i need to get $1000 fast for my car to
be repaired. I need the money fast but I still want to not get screwed over.
My friend suggested an online site that he used before called
instantbailoutdotcom I looked it over and it looks ok, but I am not sure
what is a reasonable rate for a payday loan. Is there a standard for this
type of loan? Also does a payday loan effect your credit?

Any kind of internet loan, or payday loan is an invitation for trouble.
If you are in that kind of situation, you are only going to get yourself in deeper.
My son is a collection agent, and he constantly tells me stories about how people get in so deep so quick with things like this. To the point they will never get out.

Find a pawn shop, hock something.
Instant money quick with a payday loan is not a good idea.
