    Yeah, a defense invented by her lawyer after "examining" the vehicle. She was in a depressed state, flooring the car and going in all directions (even in reverse). It's an emotion control malfunction and the jury reached its verdict for a good reason.

    funny thing
    over here in the netherlands there was a actor that drove a BMW 7 series into a wall.. cruisecontrol failure.

    so maybe :) she can be lucky;)
