    IIRC it was:

press and hold both lock and unlock buttons (with car off) and a graphic will come up on dash, showing car symbol, either with four doors ajar or one.

Each time you do this it's changed, to the opposite case.

OEMs have three criteria for tires: Round, black, and cheap. Two of the criteria are negotiable. The tires they buy in bulk are not the same as the retail version.

The local dealer that stepped up to replace the tire should be thanked publicly.

The Pious was very popular in South Park, CO as was the Hindsight.

I'm not so sure - I've generally found that the OEM tyres on most previous new cars were very good - on Mazda, VOLVO and Euro FORDs - though I'd agree as far as my 2006 KIA's Korean tyres were concerned - replacing them with a good set of Continentals improved the car dramatically.

I'd speculate OEM tires might be different than the tire makers usual, but it's not mandatory.

And if they are cheapened, this is more likely to happen in the largest markets where there is more money to be saved by making a special OEM-only version.

There is an actual menu item in Gen 4. I do not know if your solution would work

OK, I did some quick looking this morning since the manual can be vague. On the center display,
click SETUP on the left. Choose Vehicle Settings -> Vehicle Customization (I noticed it sometimes takes a couple of minutes before this selection is active. The car is probably going through some checks.)
Then select Door Lock Settings ->Select Doors to Unlock -> All Doors .

Here are all the Door Lock settings. There is a scroll bar on the right. Sorry for the photo quality but it was dark outside.

Have to say I miss smartkey unlock on the rear hatch my 08' had. the Prius 2 here in Ohio came with Toyos. So far my experience with them has been good (checked inflation pressures myself and they were ok). The Korean tires on my 08', which I got in 2010, had lots of road noise, and changing to a set of Michelin A/S was a nite and day difference.
