    Assuming you've reduced usage/increased efficiency of what you could, and shifted what you could to off-peak hours, any chance you can get solar?
    If your rates are that high to begin with, it might well be worth it if you can make use of solar...

    Also, the what-if calculation was with the loads you could shift shifted?
