    I sent out a few emails for Chicagoland. Only one reply so far and they want $350 installed which is the same price they have listed on their site for custom jobs (advertising). That doesn't seem right to me.

    I even linked this thread since you know if 2 of us like the idea in Chicago, there will be many more and a shop like this could do a nice little business with some positive recommendations on here.

    This looks really great. I'm curious, did your friend, the installer, have to remove the antenna and the washer fluid nozzle to install the roof wrap?

    The antenna was not removed but we did remove the washer

    That's way cool! I have a Pearl with the Solar Roof and would like to cover the panels Toyota did not. I visited your friends site. Did you get the flat black, refective black or metallic black? If you didn't remove the antennae, how was the vinyl wrapped around it? Just cut a hole? You made a dry installation. Is it that easy? The website encourages the wet install. It's only $25 for a 24 X 60 sheet!

    Hey, I grew up in Torrance- graduated High School from South Torrance High back in 1977...AND...Toyota's USA Headquarters are, apparently, in Torrance too.

    Do they have a visitor center/showroom there???

    icic, i m getting my roof wrapped too, and I can't decide which black to get on my blizzard pearl

    I also have 3m matte black, any suggestions ?
