Not really sure. Probably going on over $3000 now I’m guessing. Kind of lost count really. Started with one thing and it lead to another and another, etc. I’m sure the other guys who have heavily modified their cars will say the same thing. Just kind of added up over the years. I saved on labour I guess, since I do all my own installs. I just had to get the alignments done and oil changes ( they’ll tell me what needs replacing and I’ll do it myself).

LOL. Thanks for the compliment. I'm a big fan of German cars. Just wanted to do something different really. Everyone I knew was working on Honda's at the time. I just wanted to be different and work on something no one was doing. I guess I was kind of infected with the VW bug since my uncle had a 1966 beetle with a 1600 cc motor and a 1972 beetle with a 1400 cc motor. I remember he was able to light up the tires all the way up to 3rd gear. I fell in love with VW's ever since. That's another reason I went with the Prius. Everyone I knew was working on Honda's, Nissan's, American Muscle, etc. It's the complete opposite of what everyone wants to work on (hence my sticker ANTIHERO) and the bonus is saving on gas. I can't complain, I've gotten a lot more compliments on the Prius than guys revving their engines at the stop lights, lol. I've been considering that front lip on eBay or that full Kenstyle style body kit from eBay as well. Not sure what I wan't to go with. Keep it simple or stand out from the crowd? I don't know yet. How about you, TK Rocket? You're ride looks pretty complete to me. You planning anything else?

Most lip kits require some drilling. In most cases 3m sticky tape alone holds it on no problem

Yeah, I meant all the drilling on the rear bumper to the 3 piece rear bumper add on. I was reading someone's post on how they installed the rear bumper pieces.
