    Your car looks awesome Accordlayingkit.

I like what you did with the headlights. I would like change the color of orange reflector to silver, but "baking" them is just not something I'm comfortable with right now.

Thanks I appreciate it.... yea it's pretty stressful doing the baking of the headlights... especially with having 2 young kids running around and making sure there not messing with anything I have apart and with my work schedule(rotating shift work) nothings easy for me anymore haha

I'll look for the link when I get to work n a few. But I basically jus search the part numbers u see on the packages on any Lexus dealer website. Install was nothing to it!

Here Ya go... I bought 3 so I could do the glove box as well

    Scott,

A couple of questions. I purchased the Engine Room Cover Set. How in the world do I install the Large Piece. The radiator overflow tank is a piece of cake, but not sure on the large piece. I also received the large bracket, but have no idea of where that goes.

Other question. When I sprayed the engine cover with Plasti Dip, I got lots of bubbles in the fin area. What did you use to clean it before spraying?

Denatured alcohol works wonders to clean grease and oil, and leaves no residue.

I tried that. I stripped the Plasti Dip. Tomorrow I am going to scrub the cover first with soap and water, then retry the Denatured Alcohol. Should I do many light sprays or a few heavy sprays?

I always use multiple light sprays, usually at least 4-5 with PlastiDip to get an even coverage.

If you are using the pearlizer or metalizer, I would change to a more "wet" coat.

Well @sfprankster jus did a nice write up on the engine cover here
    sfprankster's (mis)adventures modding a 2014 Prius Model Three | Page 7 | PriusChat

I tried to cover to much too much when spraying the engine cover the first time and I didn't even think about cleaning it with anything. Had it bubbling up everywhere! I peeled it off then jus put some dawn dish detergent in a buck of warm water and scrubbed it with a brush, sprayed it off, let it dry the sprayed a bunch of lite coats without trying to cover too much at once and turned out fine.

    Thank you very much!
