making a computer do tricks is usual not too much of a problem... how much does a boadcaster usualy run for?

Dension MP3 seems to be much more real

Do you know anything about these units? Will they work with the Prius if it already has the 6 cd changer installed? And, can I set it up so all of the hardware is physically out of sight?

 

Yes, they are not visible. No, you can't have external CD changer AND iPod interface. You do can have JBL integrated changer and iPod interface. However, you may or may not have XM radio and iPod interface since there have been reports that XM and iPod2Car do not work well together.

However, I would strongly recommend you to e-mail or call interface manufacturer instead of asking here. Seriously.
