mouse problem

    We have opened several cases with Toyota and a few with the nhtsa and toyota has been extremely unreasonable regarding the issue stating that we cannot expect them to control the worlds mouse population... when all we want it some screens installed over the vents that work like doggy doors to keep the mice out without voiding the warrany

    The whole intent of "open a case number..." seems to be to depersonalize the problem. Hate the expression.

    True ... but in essence it means talk to Toyota corporate and let them know there is a problem...
