For the last 2,000 miles on Trip A mpg display is 60.3 mpg, this is 57 mpg true based on 3 - 3 .5 mpg difference in calculated vs computer generated. Gas is 87 octane with 10% ethanol. With pure 87 octane gas with no ethanol 60 mpg true mpg + would be the result. I am looking at purchasing the 2016 Prius as our 2010 is nearing 130,000 miles. So far our 2010 Prius gets the best mpg of any car I have owned even a 1994 Honda Civic VX, very rare, and a 2003 Jetta Wagon, TDI (diesel), 5 speed manual.
