My first tank: 696 Kms (432.47 miles) 31.4 lt (8.29 gallons) 4.45 lt/100 Km (52.8 mpg) calculated Half of those 696 Kms were highway miles doing avg. 120 km/h (75 mph), I am happy with these results.

Haven't done this in a while. Latest tank: 407 km's 18.073 liters 4.4 liters per 100 km calculated (4.1 liters per 100 km according to the car ) (translates to 53 US mpg) This is with decent weather, lots of longer drives. We have 17" low profile Michelin Pilots, currently set to 34 psi all around. It's one of the better tanks; only done a bit better on vacation. My long term goal is to knock that 5.0 below, down to 4.9. It's currently at 4.98. With all the tanks it'll be a while.

My first tank with this Prius: 473 miles 9.141 gallons $3.10/gallon $28.33 total cost 51.7 mpg calculated Pretty happy with this. Just wish I had known that the DTE warning is so conservative. Hoping to average 500+ miles/tank.
Without ECO mode or anything and my roof rack on, 43.5...that's with driving without concern. With the racks off and Eco off the best I got was 49 mpg.

Nearing 500 miles on this tank on our 2010 Prius. Indicated mpg is 60.6 mpg which will return over 57 mpg calculated. Mostly highway driving on Hwy 101 on the Oregon Coast 55 mph speed limit. Over 125,000 miles on it and still fantastic mpg's. I change my own oil and add only 4 quarts when I change with the oil filter of course. Also tires are Michelin Energy Saver AS (195X65X15) with 44 PSI in all 4 tires. Gas is Costco regular 87 octane with 10% Ethanol (required in Oregon). Motorcycle mpg's in a car. Our other car is a 2014 Volt which is a great car as well with a lifetime of over 150 mpg on gas & electric. I am waiting for the 2016 Prius which real information is as easy to obtain as information on the Manhatten Project in the early 1940's...
3rd Tank in a month. 2012 Prius (56K kms) 862 kms (All ECO Mode) 39.12 Liters 4.53L/100kms (Hand Calculated) 70% Highway, 30% City Avg. speed: 38kmph Happy with results. Previous three tanks without ECO Mode got around 775kms for 37.5 liters (4.83L/100kms) Target: To get 1000kms on a 40 liters tank.
