That's irrelevant. Doubling the voltage (and therefore the power) doesn't change the current. 14AWG cable is NEC rated for 15A, regardless of voltage (but depending on cable type and the way it's installed it might have a different current rating).

The Prime body side moldings are two-tone. The lady at the dealer thought they might be the only two-tone ones in the Toyota lineup.

The rear bumper applique says "Prius Prime" on it. I think we knew that:

What I didn't know was that the texturing around it isn't just some random pattern:

The European alloy wheels have a grey painted section that match the size of the disc brake rotors.

As shown is a Taiwan model (which apparently uses European NEDC numbers so they also quote the 1.0L/100km or 283 Imp. MPG) so I guess they import similar specs to Europe. (It also uses an 8" screen)

Lee Jay -- your applique seems a lot narrower than mine. Mine also folds over the top corner of the bumper to protect it, not just the top surface.

Oops, after looking at mine the textured part of the appliqué is the same width, it's just positioned a little differently. But the smooth part of the appliqué does still fold over the lip of the bumper on mine.

I have been learning new things recently. I thought I would share a couple of them. The SD Card slot sits under the radio. Found it by accident and had to take a picture of it to see what it was.

Hold down the mode button on the steering wheel to mute

And did anybody else realize that you can pause the radio for 15 minutes. That's a very odd feature.

Do you mean to say that live FM radio can be paused? Like on a DVR? And Mute is cool. Wish I had that on my Gen3.

Sorry I wasn't more specific. Yes, you can pause the fm radio. I assume AM as well although I have no desire to test it. Satellite doesn't get the same treatment though.

The Gen 4 Prius are two tone too. Your dealer must not sell many Prius.

I wish I had mute on my Gen II .
On a side note, I recently rediscovered my old but entirely immaculate 60GB iPod Video v5 (yes, the ones with a spinning HDD inside and the click wheel controls). It has about 40GB or more of music and videos on it.

Plugged it into my Auxiliary Audio Port on board my Prius - it sounds surprisingly good!!

Well, they are approximately of the same vintage

I don't know what you mean. So does mine. Maybe it's just not visible at this reduced size. See if you can see its edges in this one:

Ok, where is the pause button? My advanced doesn't seem to have one.

6 - Vertical bar. Why don't they call it a horizontal bar?

If the car is plugged in but not charging and not full (because you are on a charge schedule) and you turn on remote A/C, the car will start charging immediately. However, it does this by internally turning on "charge now", which means if you don't unplug the car and turn it on, "charge now" will remain on until the car is fully charged.

Tideland or anyone: is there a way to recharge the traction battery above the 20% when driving downhill via regeneration?

By 20%, I assume you mean beyond the "HV" portion? You should be able to without doing anything special. I don't have a Prime yet (heck, I still haven't driven one yet. It's not available here) so I can't double check for you IRL.
