Uuuugh, tooo much wine, too much Italian food...uuugh. If you never hear from me it is because I exploded tonight.
If I am outside just leave me be. If I am inside somewhere just scrape me up, put me in a box and bury me uner a weeping willow.
In New Zealand/Aotearoa we call those things used at mealtimes "serviettes" instead of napkins. If you ask a waitress if she has a napkin she will think you are asking about her hygene practices and will likely drop a plate on your head.
I don't know about that. In any event, it can't be the case with real fountain drinks from a real fountain. When I go to places that still manually make the soda pop, the soda jerk uses the same carbonated water for all the drinks.
sugared fountain drinks are 4.75 parts carbonated water to 1 part syrup diet fountain drinks are 5.25 parts carbonated water to 1 part syrup as per directions on the box and the coca cola official brix kit fountain as defined as customer self serve post mix beverages out of these specifications are either cheating you, the customer, or the business losing profit
Whoa, that's interesting. I wonder if Pepsi follows a similar rule. At first I thought you were talking about different amounts of carbonation in the carbonated water itself, which also can be done. Personally, I haven't noticed any difference in carbonation between regular and diet sodas that come in a can or bottle. * * * * * * * * * * In related news, I love Diet Pepsi. It's "Light, Crisp, Refreshing" as it used to say on the can. I wonder why those words are no longer on the can. They really describe Diet Pepsi perfectly.
Yesterday was a stressful day at work - at 10:00 am we all got an email announcing the President, the VP of Marketing and the VP of operations were leaving effective that day, and a new President was coming in from the parent company in Europe.
That doesn't sound boring Jeannie, but I hope for your sake that the outcome is relatively boring for you. "Excitement" when those types of things happen at a company usually equates to layoffs!
Well, it's definitely not a boring topic for the people I work with, but it's probably pretty boring to the people here on PriusChat - most of us would probably rather NOT hear about problems in a relatively small company, especially when it doesn't involve fraud, bankruptcy, bribery and the other corporate problems that have been grabbing headlines.

But I had forgotten that the Prius hatch is aluminum. So I stuck the Obama car magnets on the front driver and passenger doors instead. But they clash a little with the body side moldings.
I also got an Obama yard sign. [imglink]http://store.barackobama.com/v/vspfiles/photos/YS29682-1.jpg[/imglink] But I don't have a yard to stick it in.
