One of those voltage monitors I mentioned in post #57 would show it fluctuating as it goes from charging to just maintaining. When I first start my Prime, it reads 14.1. After a while, it drops to 12.X. Then it goes back to 14. Back and forth as necessary. Constantly forcing 14 volts into the battery would heat it unnecessarily.

Normal, I find my Veepeak code reader allows me a customizable dash . Tachometer, battery temp, fan speed, state of charge Both batteries. Or pair if cells. O2 sensors. Basically anything you want. It’s been one of my favorite accessories for under $50

It’s called Car Scanner it’s the one Veepeak made to go with their reader.

I love the acceleration test now that I’ve got a lithium battery

Any chance you got some before and after acceleration charts to document the performance improvement from your Lithium pack? I've found that with https://projectlithium.com/?ref=9qLPw packs the power you start with holds steady all the way up to too fast, but with NiMH the power you start with quickly drops off well before you get going too fast.

I recently got a 2009 Prius with 86k miles. The first thing I did was buy accessories!
