Depends. They're more difficult to touch up (dealer had to take our 2016 in for two days. They sent it to an independent body shop).

    For the most part, yes.

Here's the diagram of the instrument cluster

We'll focus on the group of lights on the right side of the image above.

Starting on the 3rd line where it begins with "ABS", look at the 4th icon (two cars, a flash, the <-- arrow and OFF). That is the "PCS OFF" button. If it's like the 3rd generation Prius this function turns off the automatic braking. (But the warning/alert function is still active). No one has tested this yet. There's a possibility that it completely shuts off the whole system including the warning/alert function. If the light is on, PCS is disabled.

Moving along to the 6th icon (single car, single flash, sonar pointing down that looks like a cone). That is the ICS OFF icon. You can turn that off in the settings menu and ICS will not function. However, it will still operate if you're using S-IPA (the parking assist). If this light is on, ICS is disabled.

On the 5th row, 2nd icon with the high beam and AUTO, that's the automatic high beam system. It's a simple button to the left of the steering wheel, used in conjunction with your headlight stalk. If this light is on, AHB is enabled.

Moving along to the right, the icon with the lane markers and an outline of a vehicle swerving to the right is the LDA indicator. It's a simple on/off button on the steering wheel. If this indicator is illuminated, LDA is active.

Lastly, BSM and RCTA is shown with the "BSM" icon. If BSM is illuminated, then BSM and RCTA are active/enabled.

TL;DR. Yes everything can be turned on/off as you desire.

    They're two separate functions.

Automatic headlights (AUTO position on the headlight stalk) deals with enabling/disabling the low beam headlights according to environmental lighting conditions.

Automatic High Beam System (AHB or AHS) is operated with a button to the left of the steering wheel in conjunction with your headlight stalk pushed away into the "high beam" position. This is will operate if your headlight stalk is in the AUTO or "headlight on" position. AHB will work if it's dark. If you have your headlights on during the day, the AHB icon will not illuminate.

Yes you can. See my reply immediately above within this post.
