I addressed the science and I correctly characterized the source. I would say Austingreen mildly rebuked all the sources. But it is heartening to see that you agree with with Austingreen's assessment, as do I in this case: "Heartland has nothing but misinformation there, and that is their tendency." To me, the difference between "a tendency to have nothing but misinformation" and "propaganda" is only one of nuance. The former could mean that they are just stupid or ill-informed. The latter means they purposely and artfully misinform. Given their track record and funding sources, I'll stick by my description. As long as we all agree on the misinformation part.
