Japanese Error Msg pls Help!!

Hi I have encountered the attached error in japanese, please help. Hopefully it's not very serious. I would appreciate if I can get this solved at a earlier stage before it's too late and I end up damaging anything else in the vehicle.

Since this morning i got a problem with my Prius. I was driving in almost flat and straight road at around 80km/hr when i accelerated more to reach 130km/hr when suddenly an error message appear on my dashboard and 4 warning lights (yellow) was lit.
Unfortunately the Error Message is in Japanese and i don't understand Japanese but i am attaching a photo.

The four warning lights that lit up are (all yellow lights):
(1) Malfunction Indicator Lamp
(2) Brake System Warning Light
(3) Slip Indicator
(4) Warning Light

Also i have noticed that the hybrid battery indicator arrow flow does not indicate any flow direction and the ICE does not stop at all. Engine keeps running and does not smart stop. Apart this the ECO mode has disapear and when changing into other modes (EV, ECO, Normal, Power) nothing happens. I have also observed that the hybrid battery is charging and discharging but no arrow shows the flow of energy.

After that i turn off the engine and re switch on then the error message reappear again and only 2 warning lights light up:
(1) Malfunction Indicator Lamp
(2) Warning Light

I have tried to turn off and on several times but the error message and 2 warning lights keeps light light up and the energy monitor does not show any arrow and the engine keeps running.

This is the first time i got this problem. I should be grateful if someone could help?

In fact i have been at my mechanic where he scan the fault. The fault said "replace hybrid battery pack" and he reset the fault and everything is back to normal. I am wondering why i got this and its really stressing. The hybrid battery pack costs a lot of money. The fault is still a mistery for me. Hope someone could give me a reason why i got this fault. Thanks...

Have you checked the hybrid battery fan to ensure there is no build up?

 

No i have not checked battery fan. After re-setting did not got any issue till date.

 

Dear All,

Can you please help. My Toyota Prius 2011 ZVW30 suddenly got slow down and gave below warning indicators. I stopped the engine and started again now Car can drive but hybird system is not working. In the tv screen its not showing arrows are moving battery to engine/motor.
Can you please help what would be the issue and how can i fix this. Millage is about 70000km

Break system warning light ( Yellow)
Malfunction Indicator
Master warning light

 

That looks like the same message translated in post 23. (You did read the thread before posting, right?)
You need to get a dealer to read the trouble codes. It is possible the problem is the large hybrid battery.
