Personally I am buying the 4 year plan for $475/yr. They include all parts except tires (not sure about brakes). As Austin said, it is a luxury class vehicle and the first of its kind. The future is an unknown. While I don't expect there to be a lot of maintenance, I have no problem setting aside about 1% of the vehicle's total cost for monthly fuel and maintenance cost.
