    It will push the tire further into the air stream and may increase drag thus lowering mpg even more so while it may look cooler, it could have other detrimental effects besides rubbing.

    Hmmm, I've heard others get away w/ 35 offsets on GIII but not sure how it would work out especially on the front as the rears would be aggressive but fine. Oh yeah, the name that shouldn't be mentioned(P@#@$Br@@%) :phad this exact setup & was lowered, wasn't he?

    The cars in the first half look way better than the cars in the second half. Those only had 1 paint color.

    ok, i didn't post this one the first time, but I keep going back to it.
    Momo Drone. I think it's a new wheel from them.
    Offset is 40 so that would work.
    The center is "anthracite". Not black but it does look fairly dark. Unfortunately I can't find any real pics of it on cars.

    That's certainly a unique style and the color goes well with Winter Gray. Slap on some Valenti HC and you have a winner. Those 2012 tails have got to go!

    Agreed. Those 2012 tails just stick out like a sore thumb...especially with WGM. They're probably not as offensive on a lighter color car. Oh and just get the Focal's already ;).

    Exactly. I actually like them on Blizzard Pearl and they're okay on Barcelona Red, but they've got to go on all the other colors!

    IMHO, those are the best tail lights of any Prius yet.
    Not that that's saying all that much, but they're definitely an improvement.

    Those Drones look kinda cool. I'd run those on my blizzard pearl!

    Normally I'd get the Momo Next but I think these look best on Silver, so I say go for the Momo Drone as it complements the WGM color really well and also for the unique look. There are too many members here with aftermarket wheels that look like the Focals so why be boring?

    I don't like the drones. 2 tone (silver/black) is the worst style out there next to all-black rims. It's a cheap out-dated look.

    I'll give you credit though, a gray car is a ***** to match. I applaud your persistence.

    That confirms you should get the drones, Dennis. You like the exact opposite of what macmaster likes :D

    I think silver is worse. Can't do bronze wheels (which look so good on Bino's car) and gunmetal/black rims look drawn out on silver. Funny how white cars don't have these problems.

    :lol: I think you're right! :D

    But I do agree with the all black. That always looks like you are running steelies to me. Or really dirty wheels. If you go black, it needs some separation from the tire.
    As to the gray/silver... I can see macmaster's point... but i think in this case it works because the gray matches the car's paint. It's a different look than if the same wheel was on any other color car.
