Is there a way to determine charged status when unplugged?

Does the 2020 still have the 3 blue LED's on the passenger side dash, just behind the windshield?
The first blue LED blinks for ( about an hour when plugged into Level 2 Charger or about 3 hours when plugged into Level 1 charger). the first and second LED's blink for (about 45 minutes level 2 and about 2 1/2 hours level 1). The first second and third LED's blink for (about 15 minutes level 2 and 30 minutes level 1). And all three LED's are OFF when the charge is finished.
