I could sell mine and vote the way I want anyway. Ballots are sealed in envelopes no one knows except me. I don’t think the paper ballot itself has my name on it. I always ask this question, look at the paper ballot when I vote by mail, but forget. I don’t think it does.
As a guess musk is selling his vote on the promise to get the inheritance tax eliminated.

In Russia it’s probably still that way. There are safeguards in the USA, plus audits and recounts. Even if the party trying to retake the oval office this year tries to cheat, it won’t happen.

 

They might try to not certify the results.
