    Buy used parts and fix it yourself. I did my actuator for $150. I've heard the inverters are a few hundred. Read how and watch videos. Buy tools and do it

    Well you can buy a combo meter with any miles you want on it. Easy to tell if the combo is swapped lots of cracked dash parts.

    An older Prius is a financial nightmare for anyone with no wrenching skills or no tools or no place to work on the car or no indie mechanic.

    Your at the dealer mercy at now almost $200 an hour.

    The trick to a long life happy Prius is the same trick with any car.

    Hyper maintenance early in its life.
