    For most of us on PG&E in California, average electricity usage, and the roof real estate to accommodate it, solar makes lots of sense even without having to charge a plug-in at home. Throw in a TOU plan and the bigger the battery capacity gets, the cost advantages become even larger.

    At least if you don't like THAT car, you can eat it!

    Holy mackerel , Bratman, they made a Mini Weinermobile!
    I've never seen that so thanks for the post. Have to say that the Mini version looks more like a bratwurst, though. But as long as you get increased mpg, who cares?
    Has anyone made a Prius Weinermobile ? Or is that the Gen IV secret for increased mileage?

    haven't seen a Prius version, Wikipedia lists a few more and implies there are 8 on the road right now though I assume most of those are based on the same car.

    I'd have to imagine the willys jeep version is smaller than the mini cooper version.
