HVAC Blower working hard, minimal airflow

    When the ambient temperature is cooler the fan works normal. I have driven with it for 30 min or more and fan blows normal. However, if I get in and drive with the ambient temperature in the 80's the flow is restricted immediately.

    Yes, fan speed operates on all levels.
