How much better does JBL sound than factory system in Gen III

    get the car you want from toyota, they make great cars
    get the audio (in above-mentioned car) from your local car audio experts, it's what THEY do
    and you're supporting your community (not a town in japan)

    I'm very satisfied with JBL Greenedge -- nice and balanced, really clear, and good power.

    - To answer RodF's question about satellite radio... Wow, its audio quality is terrible! Definitely worse than FM, or even an old 128k bit rate compressed MP3. On even average car speakers, SiriusXM has an easily-noticeable sloshing/ muddy sound. I agree that using the USB input, Bluetooth, CD (or MP3 CD!), or HD radio is better.
