2009 seems to have been the first year of the new model, which is probably why the CR reliability is above average- as opposed to "much better than average" with the '10/'11 years. Seems that the owner is pricing his car at the kbb value for Dothan at a "very good" condition. See here. I always buy preowned from private sellers. However, I stay away from 2nd owners that owned for a short time. It makes me think that someone purchased this car, regretted the purchase, and now they want to find someone to take it off their hands. The key to finding a good car at a good price is having time to look. If you can afford it, wait for a better deal.
