This link, which I’m pretty sure actually did bring you to Mevotech AWD Matrix springs when I posted it, now just gives you the FWD version of the Mevotech springs which is NOT what you want for this project (they are the same as OEM Prius springs).

Even if you make sure you’ve selected the AWD Matrix as your vehicle on carid.com, those FWD springs still pop up. There doesn’t seem to be a Mevotech AWD Matrix spring available from that site anymore and the FWD springs they do have seem to be misclassified as AWD, so don’t order them
    by mistake!

The only AWD Matrix springs I could find on carid.com now are these, made by Lesjofors ($82.33 for the set as of today, March 8th 2025):

I just realized I didn't leave a link to the Hybrid Garage version that I was planning on doing in a more modularized part design I can move to another pair of struts in the future. I was planning to cut in half at the two planes like looking at the car from the side view, the horizontal plane will split so bottom cut will be left as-found and the top will have the second cut on the vertical plane so can wrap the two pieces like a clamp around a genuine KYB-Toyota strut with a little pressing for a good fit with the knuckle bolted so can fill in the back cut space with genuine material and then weld the bottom half section to the top two pieces as well as weld the fill in of the back side two halves.
