Headlight (HID) out,or not, and what should I do?

    The HID lights on my wife's 2007 Prius died at around 25,000 miles. I bought a pair of HID lights from lightbulbs4cars . The are still working over 45,000 miles later. I bought a pair of D4R 6000K. I think the originals are D4R 4000K. Either will work. I paid $181. The replacement was a pain. It took me 2+ hours. I had to remove the whole head lamp unit, which required partially removing the bumper cover.
