Has anyone received a CA Green HOV Sticker yet?

Check and form sent on 5/6 - stickers arrived today, 5/18. So just less than two full weeks, and surprisingly only 10 business days.

 

Got my CA Green HOV Stickers on 5-11-12. Sent the paperwork in on 5-2-12.

 

Sent in the paperwork on 5/11, just got the green stickers today (5/18). Very impressed with the turnaround time. Sticker number in the high 1300s so there are still over 38K left...

 

I go down 880 and there are at least 2 other PIP that I have seen both with stickers. I waved to one guy as he passed me.

I am sure we will see more as they begin to exhaust the supply.

 

Pretty much the same here, technically mailed out on 5/7 morning since 5/6 was a Sun. The check was cashed on 5/14.

 

ok, pinch myself because i'm dreaming ... bought the car for the sticker and it is unreal ... more than i ever imagined ... its like a vip pass ... the ultimate vip pass ... easily worth 10 or 20 geez by itself ... i took 10 days, once they cashed my check

I just got Prius Plug-In last Saturday. My dealer gave me the DMV application but said i'd have to wait till my plates and registration arrives before sending it in since this info is necessary on the application.

 

Yes got mine last weekend and it is so good to be back in the HOV lane again

 

Mailed mine on 5/9 and still waiting for them. <sigh>

 

Sent my check in last Friday (May 18), I took it inside the Post Office to hopefully speed things up. To my surprise got the stickers in the mail at home yesterday (May 24). Six days! Drove in the HOV lane today but didn't get the full effect since a lot of people are taking the day off so there's not much traffic

So, I should just be able to contact someone at the Dealership (DM clerk) and get the license plate information?

 

Check mailed 5/18 , cashed on 5/24.

 

Check mailed 5/19, check cashed *and* stickers delivered by mail on 5/25!

 

update, stickers arrived 5/24 !!! That was fast.

 

I have my stickers, but have not yet put them on. My significant other thinks the color clashes with my Sea Glass Pearl PIP, and he's the one who normally puts stickers on cars. Has anyone put them on a SGP PIP yet? If so, how do they look? Can you post pix, so I can convince him to put them on?

 

If you don't need them for the commute leave them off. To me the usefulness of the Hov access outweighs the ugliness by a wide margin.

 

11 day turnaround for sticker #1469. It seemed a lot longer cause I was always checking the mail. Green stickers on a blue car is certainly more acceptable than those garish yellow on my red prius.

 

Sea Glass Pearl is the one color that actually matches the sticker. But they aren't designed to be pretty no matter what color. If you want to drive in HOV lane then put them on, if not then put them in a safe place..

 

If you don't need/want them, don't order them. Hoarding them seems really questionable. They're only good for 2.5 more years as it is.

 

Im confident they wont hand out half of them which hopefuly will lead to a 1-2 year extension of the program.
