I still haven't applied mine yet. I can't see how it can stretch around the curve of the light without bunching up. Anyone got a couple of photos with the 3M material applied?

    Norman,
See my previous post on this subject. The material conforms to the contour quite easily when you use a hair dryer. The only problem is with alignment however once the material has adheared it tends to shrink. If there are any overhangs they seem to disappear.

The headlight fixtures on the Prius are plastic, not glass. Polycoaronate? Probably. The PPF (paint protective films) is more to protect the surface from rock pits and scratches. A rock big enough to take out a large glass headlamp will likely do some damage to the Prius headlamp also. with or without the films. The films are more for cosmetic protection.

Can someone take a photo of the Bands of light against a wall? I'm having the clear protection installed on the whole front of the car but I might have them skip the headlights if this is such a problem.

I agree the protection does not protect headlights as well as they would have you believe. I had the thick 3M stuff installed on my headlights and fogs on the bimmer and I still broke a fog light. But it does keep pivets and scratches off the lens witch are extremely noticeable with HID.
