Handling on the IV

    handling on 2010 is way better than 2006 and i have no issues doing 45 mph curves at 60 mph... so dont know

    I upped my pressure to 50/48 and the car handles so much better. Gas mileage seemed to improve significantly also. Thanks, I had never run my 2005 that high.

    Well I'm not endorsing running the car outside the manufacturer's recommendations, so make your own decisions there. But I will say that my observations are the same as yours, and other than the slightly harsher ride, I like my tires in the high 40's (finally settled on 48/46, but only because I was too lazy this weekend to go back and put in the extra 2psi to get them to 50/48).

    I recently bumped my tire pressures to 42/40 from 38/36, and like it so far. I'm still in Goldilocks mode, trying to find the setting that's just right. :p

    to me, the biggest issue is the excessive body lean when turning and more so, the steering response... Making sharp right hand turns requires a bit more spinning of the steering wheel than I am accustomed to...
