Yes, definitely that could cause it. I would rerun those at what you ran the others at. As far as doing 3 cycles, I don't think it matters on your part. Three cycles is more of a mandatory thing for older packs. Your modules are young and fresh (fairly anyway). The main reason you're doing the cycling is to determine capacity so you can pair modules together and give your pack longevity. Rerunning the modules or adding another cycle to each module will not add any value to your process but will take more time.

i must have been running them at 2 amps for most of this, hmmm, i may of accidently changed it to 2 amps when I went back into the charger settings to change from 6800 mah charge to 7250mah charge.

i got today and tomorrow yet and this should be all done. so should I keep my charger at the 2 amp charge and if any more peak out should just go back, drop the charge amps to 1amp and run 2 cycles on those that peaked and go from there?

Here's the way I see it, you have good data on all but 25 and 38 right??? I would rerun 25 and 38 again at 1A for one cycle (closely monitoring) I would leave Dv/Dt on and see if it reaches Delta Peak. If it does, then turn it off and force 7250 into it (closely monitoring and stopping at the top and checking for high/rapid self discharge). Then discharge and check for capacity. If that test nets you anywhere near 5500mah, then run a second cycle and check for capacity. If it doesn't net you at least 5500, you may want to consider acquiring two more modules and going from there.

My gut tells me you will not need to acquire any more modules and that these two are good.

Her are the ones im thinking of going back and rerunning
module 1 because its below 6000 mah
modules 9-13 because only 6800 mah put into them
modules 20-23 because they are below 6000mah
module 25 because of the charge/discharge numbers
Module 38 because of charge/discharge numbers

    Module 1: D1:1718 C1:7500 D2:5990
    C2:7500

    Module 9: D1:2353 C1:6800 D2:5842 C2:6800
    Module 10: D1:2380 C1:6800 D2:5973 C2:6800

    Module 12: D1:2830 C1:6800 D2:5915 C2:6800
    Module 13: D1:2621 C1:6800 D2:5907 C2:6800

    Module 20: D1:2564 C1:7250 D2:5906 C2:7250
    Module 21: D1:2601 C1:7250 D2:5936 C2:7250
    Module 22: D1:2608 C1:7250 D2:5893 C2:7250
    Module 23: D1:2519 C1:7250 D2:5949 C2:7250
    Module 25: D1:2591 C1:4662 D2:4367 C2:4388

Here are the numbers from the set that ended yesterday.
the next set after this is going to be a bit messed up, the power went out this morning so i lost that data but i believe they were on a charge cycle or just starting the second discharge.
But anyways, look at module 29, no peaking on the second charge, odd or not i dont know what to make of that.

    Module 28: D1:2521 C1:7250 D2:6160 C2:7250
    Module 29: D1:2589 C1:4325 D2:4110 C2:7250
    Module 30: D1:2593 C1:7250 D2:6203 C2:7250
    Module 31: D1:2619 C1:7250 D2:6152 C2:7250

now after running this next set from modules 32 thru 35. i noticed that it seems as though on my hitec x4 plus charger that the top right charger on it is the one that keeps getting peaks. i noticed this after i was looking at the data and i realized this has been happening. what do you suggest I do, turn off the delta peak or raise it so its basically off (its set to default lowest it goes is 5 Mv on up), or try lowering the amps to 1 amp charge on that one to see what it does?

I would try to just charge three and see what that does. If you keep getting peaks still, then I would lower the amperage. I would def charge 29 again on a different channel.

Ok ill do that, I know module 38 which peaked before will be one of the last 3 so ill do 38 on that charger but ill lower the charge amps down to 1amp and see what happens

If those modules still peak, what should I do? I don't know if I can turn off the peak, I can raise the millivolt detection to a higher number.

ok got the others done this morning, i got up late so im on my way to work but the numbers are awesome, they basically have 3 cycles on them because of the power outage losing my data. the lowest capacity of out of modules 32-35 was 63oo something and the highest was 6406 i think.
    im really happy with that.
i got 36 37 38 going right now. 38 is on a 1 amp charge rate instead of the 2amp so i can see if that part of the charger hits peak. if it does ill bump it back up to 2 amp but raise the millivolt detection

also got module 29 going thats on a different bank of the charger im doing that at a 2amp charge to see if it hit peak on that bank, if i go back and cycle the other modules that are just below 6000mah and they shoot up to close to 6500 mah, i may but im not sure if ill go back and cycle the pack again

What do you hope to gain by cycling the pack again? I see no gain from doing that. Really, I think that after you get these last mods cycled and 29 redone, your ready to start assy!!! :)

Obviously, this is your car and, do what you want and what makes you feel comfortable.

I guess im just being anal about it. I want to be as close to 6.5ahr as possible. i guess I feel the more capacity I get the longer it will last. I may be completely wrong and could hurt my pack. Which I don't want to do.

Personally, I would consider anything over 5.5 ah a good number. Do I think you're being anal? Yes but, its your car so what does that matter. Do it how you want. I'm just stating how I'd do it. Keep in mind, I'm no expert (I just think I am lol).
