Mojo -- that is ok...It is part of the game. I knew it, couldn't figure my head from my tail and lost my chance. That is my bad. I will just keep trying to find the next one and when I get it, then I will post a new pic. Have any of y'all used Gadwin's Screen Shot to do this. We use it for work to do Power Point... Might try that and see if it speeds me up. Doubt it. Mind is already on vacation mode and it don't wanna work. What is so funny is that we are going to Nova Scotia and New Brunswick for vacation and are driving through Fredericton on the way back....might have to stop in for a bit or at least a photo op???

You can also "crop" the image by zooming in, then adjust the size by going to VIEW > VIEW SIZE > before you save the image to your computer.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Washington D.C. designed by then 21 year old Maya Lin. Lucky girl! Had to jump on that one because it seemed more like "who's gonna post it first" rather than "who can find it." Up next: [attachmentid=9036]

Kansai International Airport, a.k.a Osaka Airport. Manmade island. Sinking has apparently slowed and it is believed that the airport will remain viable much longer than initially feared. Nice followthrough on the "large manmade structure" theme... Now taking a new theme from your post, here's a place that's near and dear to all of us. It was hard to find, even knowing what I was looking for: [attachmentid=9040]

Here: http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&...p;z=15&om=1 Gotta find a new pic...back in a sec. no clues
Haha! Oops. I actually discovered that I posted the wrong plant and was about to post a picture of the location you gave And it's not "Tsunami" it's "Tsutsumi." I think that whole area is know as "Toyota City" and I'm guessing the several large factories there are Toyota ones. I could be wrong though and not being able to read Japanese hinders my ability to research it. p.s. Dang, that's way easier to find in Google Earth. It took me ages to find Tsutsumi using Google Maps, and seconds to find using Google Earth. I guess that's what I'll use for this game from now on.

What's interesting is that I found this article saying that the US Prius is now manufacturered in the US in Georgetown, Ky. I must've been comatose when this news came out...I knew the Camry hybrid was made here, but thought the Prius was going to stay in Japan.
That's weird... maybe some faulty reporting, but it would be nice to know if that's true. Good news if it is. It's funny that Fjef and you both posted what look like ski resorts.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(Wildkow @ Jun 19 2007, 09:57 AM) [snapback]464747[/snapback]</div> OK, it's Safari time in the African Savanna and we are going after arguably the most dangerous creature walking the face of the earth can you find this creature and the most incredible image you can see with Google Earth? I will check Google Maps next but I don't think GM zooms in as far as GE. Can you find it? <div align="center">Start you map point at the Heart of Africa. Get it centered just right or they will be very hard to find. [attachmentid=9048] Zoom in about 10-20 clicks depending on your settings to this location. [attachmentid=9049] Do it again . . . [attachmentid=9053] and again . . . HEY! don't complain! I could have just posted the critters and let you go on Safari to find them! BTW there is a nice hint in the pic. BTW if you have it center right you should be able to find them . . . </div> Wildkow p.s. That's mine take it away ya all!
Most dangerous? People are pretty easy to find on Google Maps, and you don't have to look just in Africa for that! Are you talking about these guys? It is pretty incredible that you can see these on Google, and that G Earth lets you zoom in with such detail: [attachmentid=9052]
