Btw...6 years ago I worked for the George W. Bush campaign. Since then, I've recanted politics and sincerely believe that God has bigger plans than either the Dems or Pubs can give us.

Ann Coulter is pointing out that these 4 Jersey women are not JUST about improving our defense and preventing another attack....They are about BUSHG hating only and they are reveling in the attention.

If you don't agree...that's fine. I happen to agree. I run into LOT'S of people who are deeply dysfunctional but have NO desire to make choices that would end their poor circumstances. They would miss the attention.

I saw that article (I get a daily feed from AlterNet) and that's my view exactly- don't even give this woman the time of day- ignore her!
You hardly need to read her book to critique her ideas- I've seen her countless times on talk shows, the "news", in magazines and newspapers. She has nothing more substantial to say than stuff like "liberals should be executed" (which explains her appeal to a few individuals here), and yet the media can't seem to get enough of her.

Again Wildkow, you are very good at accusations, but not so good at listening to others. Ann Coulter has been on the Today Show, CNN, and everywhere else recently, talking about WHAT IS IN THIS BOOK (maybe if I use capital letters you'll get the point.) I have heard, in her words, what the book is about. So I don't need to read it to get the gist of it.
And what question are you specifically referring to that I am allegedly "ducking"?

 

Some words in our English language lend themselves to be self contained lessons that most of us here would seem to do well remembering. Take the word IGNORANT. The word can almost be used to form the instructions one needs when confronted by the likes of right wing hate mongers

Remember this, when a Next Tuesday B like Ann Dolter makes comments about the widows of 9-11, she is attacking Americans first! No matter which political affiliations the victims and widows of 9/11 are or were, they were / are Americans first. I certainly wonder if she HATES Americans more than she HATES terrorists. But who cares anyway?, this stupid B will say anything for a buck, which proves the true passion and drive of most republicans, "Money comes before the feelings of her fellow Americans, or 9/11 victims."

Which makes me wonder about the old shtick the republicans used to label Democrats during the fifties. Remember so called communist sympathizers were called RED because that was the color of the soviet union. Now I hear and see maps of the United States of America labeled as RED or BLUE states. Well. I am living in a BLUE STATE, California. I won't be buying any RED BOOKS at all.

I share your disdain and contempt for Ann Coulter, but words such as "C U--" and "bitch" are offensive and demeaning to women in general. I'm sure that was not your intent.

This is absolutely uncalled for and you should edit this post. I reported it to Danny, as it puts priuschat.com in jeopardy.

Encouraging violence against women and finishing with demeaning acts may be a staple of violent porn, but it has no place among civilized society. It could put Priuschat on the blacklists out there, limiting OUR access to the forums from anyplace that uses a filter (libraries, most businesses, etc.). While it may be your own prediliction to treat women that way, those of us who treat women as equals, and love our wives, mothers, sisters and daughters find statements like yours untenable.
