Okay, well... I put it all back together and I keep getting a red triangle and an ((!)) and I am using Torque app but it shows no codes!

Anyone know what could be wrong now?

Any reason I should avoid the charge/discharge balancing process in my living room?

Only from a safety point of view if there are children around. Remember you must clamp the modules being charged or they will burst and this is definitely a safety risk to everyone unless you are re-hydrating the modules and they are open to the atmosphere.

    X2

You need to also load test them to verify they are still good.......I made that mistake on mine and had to redo it again before it worked properly.

Did you load test them all before putting it back together? If not that's where you need to start.

This is my first time trying to balance my prius hv battery. I used the following settings
    5 amp Charge
    .7 amp discharge to 6V
    7250 mah
    disc<chg 3 cycles

but i notice that once i finished with my four modules using a hitec x4-80 that i got numbers completely different from others from this forum.
4 of my modules can similar numbers like this:
    Discharge: 0349mAh 0349| mAh |0349 mAh
    Charge:2320 mAh | 1955mAh |1920 mA
and ive notice that others have gotten higher numbers and Im thinking that I probably did something wrong.

Im using a ATX Power Supply 450 Watts

I had a question in my Hitec x4-80 in the settings it said Input Power Low Cutt-off 10.0 V and I left it like that since its how it came because i did not know what to imput there. Could that be the problem?

    Hello

You have that low numbers of charge input probably because the delta peak setting stop's the charge and ignore your 7250mAh cut-off setting, i don't know if that is possible on Hitec x4-80 charger to turn-off the delta peak sense setting, if not possible then you can try charge at lower charge rate, i charged mine modules at 0.7A up to 9200mAh but that's take a lot of time...

and be careful if you will be able to turn-off the delta peak setting then better to use a lower charge rate, 5A it's a lot when you overcharging the module.

If example after 7250mAh input charge you will see again that low numbers of mAh at discharge then that the capacity what left on module :(

About input power cut-off, that's for if you connected your charger from a 12volt car battery example, and if the voltage of the battery will be less than 10 volts then the charger will stop any working process.

Im new on using hitec x4- 80 what i did first is just input
    5 amp Charge
    .7 amp discharge to 6V
    7250 mah
    disc<chg 3 cycles

and just press start. Im doing all the process again through save data and load date and notice that through this option it ask me the volt i believe of the module and so I input 7.2v, Im not sure if this was the problem because the first time i started, it never ask me about the volts like it did today.

How much time should it take for hitec x4 run the 3 cycles on my four modules?

I have a different charger(SkyRC quattro B6AC) but some settings are similar, on my charger is impossible to turn-off the delta peak but it have some settings of it, and that settings on my charger can be changed in the "battery memory set" that the option where you can save and load a programs for batteries.

About times that's depends of what currents you use, you can count that, example if you charge at 5A then in one hour your charger will input 5000mAh(milliampere hour) to module, but as i said above 5A is high when you overcharging the module, maybe it will make a lot of heat and will destroy your module, be careful.

One charge cycle should take at 5 amps to 7250 mah (7.25 ah) about 90 minutes.
Discharge at 0.7 amps cycle time depends on module capacity. A capacity of 700 mah would take 1 hour, 2100 mah 3hrs, 4200 mah 6hrs, 6300 mah 9hrs, and 7000 mah 10hrs.

If you cannot turn off the delta peak set it to as high a setting as you can. If you can cool the modules while charging such as while they are still mounted in the battery run the battery cooling fan to keep them cool and do not charge modules adjacent to each other. Otherwise charge at about half your figure. If charging out of the battery the modules must be firmly clamped.

Are you charging the modules still in the battery or as separate units dismantled from the battery?
