Gas $1.99/gallon this morning!!

Costco in Poway was at $1.84 yesterday. ARCO and USA Gas on Scripps Poway Parkway were both $1.95 yesterday, who knows today because yesterday at 9am it was $2.01 and at noon it was $1.95

 

Wow. Here in OC it's right around $2.13. I remember when I was 16, and gas jumped from .89 to 1.59ish. I can't believe some of you are seeing prices south of $1.50.

 

I saw gas today for $1.47 in St. Joseph, Mo. Never thought I would see gas this low ever again. You can fill up a Prius for under $20.00 bucks that way!!!

 

Costco at Irvine, CA has regular for $1.849 today. Compare to Shell regular for $2.099 to $2.199 in the general area.

 

I just passed the local Holiday station by our house in Brooklyn Park, Minnestoa and it was $1.59! I had filled up last night (at $1.62) and thought that was great. I wonder how long it can last?

 

Down to 1.59 at most stations here, 1.49 at one. Jan 04 was the last time here it was that cheap.

 

$1.89 down the hill, $1.79 in South San Diego(north Mexico).

 

Paid $1.36/gal to refuel the Tundra today. Thought I had done well until the wife came home and reported spending $1.34/gallon to fill the Prius.

Diesel is running about 90 cents/gallon higher. Bet those Jetta TDI fans are loving that... There is a real glut in gasoline now when you consider the price of oil. Unless oil falls down to around $30/bbl these prices won't last.

 

$1.81 today as of 6:40PM PST. I'm still at half a tank, i'm wondering if i should go in just to "top off" or if it'll go down more haha:rockon:.

Seeing some more SUVs out and actually saw 3 H2's today on my 30 minute lunch break......amazing

 

I filled up yesterday in Irvine at Shell for $2.09. I was by the Costco in the District, but I forgot to check. Thanks!

 

Petrol has dipped below $1.00 per litre here and is expected to go below 90 cents by Christmas day.

 

I paid $1.99/ gal. @ Sam's Club yesterday. It's about damn time thw working middle class people got a break as the high cost of gas has raised up everything else we need to buy.

And of course it was those Wall St. traders that bid the gas up to record levels. And, how sad for the Arabs, I hope they lose a lot of money.

 

I saw gas for $1.519/gallon yesterday in Goshen, IN.

 

Gas hasn't been that for weeks here in Dothan, Al. It hit $1.65 at the cheapies yesterday and $1.71 at the name brands. Diesel just got under $3 though.

 

This morning, Shell regular at $1.939 in Rancho Santa Margarita; previously at $2.199. Unbelievable to see how quickly the price dropped.

Happy Thanksgiving Day to all, hope that the lower gasoline prices give you one more thing to be thankful about.

 

You are all around me! I live in Foothill Ranch, and work in Irvine. I frequent RSM to visit friends quite a bit. I just filled up on Monday, so I have some time to see the prices fall even more. Hopefully the prices don't go up.
