Front End Bra for My Prius?

    ...so what is the general consensus on the bra (top and bottom)...
    ...does it cause a "sand paper" like affect like the guys selling the clear coat bra's are marketing???
    ..do they sell a clear coat protection for the bottom part (bumper)
