(Pretty much of an NY thing; the stores, at least. I don't recall ever seeing the name until I went to school in NYC and don't recall seeing it after I left. Anyway, they were later bought by Sara Lee, a company that's been HQ'd in Chicago, like, forever. Now, Federated Department Stores bought Marshall Fields, an icon in Chicago, and wants to change the name to Macys, an icon in NYC. Thus, I hope, in retaliation, Sara Lee changes Chock Full O'Nuts to Chicago Full O'Nuts)
