    A chargeable accident is one were you are over 50% responsible. If the guy who lost the mattress was responsible I do not understand how they can charge the accident to you

    they only charge for 3 years here in PA.

    Glad to see everything worked out for you. Now you'll need to get some Mizzou swag for that car and replace your lost license plate frame and window sticker.
