    If the Tundra replaced today, the new Tundra might need an engine replacement. A Tacoma could have transmission issues.
    The choose wisely part can be applied to other brands.

    A Toytoa fanboy was bagging on my '23 GMC truck recently....foolishly.
    I reminded him that I cannot replace my engine and my transmission for the price delta between our trucks......but I could replace one of them.

    .....AND have money left over for a few minor (< $1000) repairs....;)
