exhaust systems?

    And I installed some of those blue lights under the car, and limo tinting all around--including the windshield. What a sweet ride! :D

    I seriously doubt gains of 20HP anywhere given that even full header/intake/cam/exhaust/reflash jobs on high-flowing K20s make ~30hp. Not hating on the mod or anything, I just disagree with the number.

    In "cruder" cars like pretty much anything with forced induction, airflow plays a much larger role in the output of the engine. In many cases, OEMs designed their cars to be "acceptably" loud in stock form for the um...older crowd or made some cost cutting measures. I'm guessing airflow isn't a major bottleneck for the Prius engine, so even a full i/h/e job isn't going to do much for you. The exhaust/intake is a place where I don't think many sacrifices were made for cost-cutting or noise reduction specifically.
