Entune update 3.1.0

Sadly it would be a long trek for me as I'm in Maine. I've also received another email from Toyota corporate and they confirmed that the Entune App update was free, but the maps update was 169$. So clearly, my dealership has no clue. Time to go back and visit the service department again.

 

I bought my 2013 base PIP 10/30/12. It had rolled of the truck at the dealer 10/29/13. Any chnace it has the 3.x Entune version. I looked at maual and could not find how to find my version. Is it easy to describe the process?
tks ( ilooked on the 'window sticker' for a date of manuf. but did not see one)

 

How to check the versions:

I guess that table will need to be updated since there's a 3.1.0 for the base.

anyone know if there's a new version for the Advanced (the Advanced and Base have completely different software versions historically)

 

The link above says to touch the 'Toyota logo' in the upper left to get the Entune version. What particular screen on the display has this 'Toyota Logo'? How do you get to that screen? Thanks.

 

On the screen with the Entune Apps (after pressing Apps on main Info screen) you can get your entune version by pressing the Toyota icon in the upper left corner.

Don't double post questions as it tends to make things more confusing.

. I get the same screen as Priusmpg. I have no 'Toyota logo' in the upper left or anywhere/any screen on my 2013 PIP (rec'd by dealer 10/29/13). Anyone able to post a picture of their PIP Base screen with the logo? A picture of the subsequent screen showing Entune version would be helpful too. The only 'version' I am able to find is on my wife's LG of the Emtune App. (sorry for double post)

 

Thank you for the visual. Now I see that the primium HDD is very different. I feel bad that I gave you bad info for your vehicle. Somebody here at PriusChat will get the right info posted for you, or I will do my best to search/hunt down some options for you tomorrow.

That looks like it. I think 2.2 is the predecessor to 3.x. How did you get to that screen? Do you have a PIP Base? Any idea 'how new' your PIP is (like about when dealer rec'd it)?

My Device/Product ID is:

Is this the Entune version 2.2.0 or. The Navigation system software version (since it says 'Nav ID'?

Thanks for showing how to find this info. I had not noticed the highlighted down scroll button on the lower right since the first screen was not full. Good eye!

Posted this in the thread above, but I could try tonight when I get home. I just had my 15K inspection and they updated my Entunes to 3.1.
