Enabling My Room Mode on Prius Prime

From my experience waiting in the car while the wife runs into the store for "just a minute", since a drive-in, by definition, happens after sun down, I think it would be fine... unless you are on the Gulf Coast or desert Arizona.

Where are there still drive-ins?

 

We were sitting in a ferry line up a few days back, quiet morning. Cars would show up, rolled down their lane, shut down.

Then one BIG flatbed truck, carrying a crane showed up, rolled to his lane, and idled steadily, diesel judging by the smell, till it rolled onto the ferry, about 45 minutes later.

 

No longer true, diesels once had a hard time starting back up after a short shutdown. Like a 3000 mile oil change, the idea still persist in places.
