    Detection conditions for P0401 and P0403 and the computer's fail-safe actions for them are covered in the repair manual, as were the circuit diagrams and scope waveforms that all got heavy coverage in the 2ZR Prius v swap thread back in May, and the testing procedures that also have been covered in that thread and others.
