Like the BMW i3? The problem with the i3 is that your choice of tyres are very limited because of the odd specification. Maybe it will be the trend in the future. Alright, who's going to be the first to swap out those silver triangle inserts with white or pearl white inserts to go with the Blizzard Pearl? Throwback to the 90s Japanese sports cars? or just too ricey?
With regards to Wayne GERDES photos, I'm curious why the grey car with the 17" tires has a spare, while the white car with 17" tires doesn't. I read that the ECO model wouldn't have a spare..but that it only came with 15" wheels. Likely have an answer soon, after the embargo.
Bright white surfaces in the interior of this vehicle, can't help but think just maybe whitewall tires are about to make a comeback!
Some photos & video from the 2016 Prius drive event held at Fuji Speedway, Japan First look at a black touring model VIDEO VIDEO I noticed in the first video there is a strip of lighting that surrounds the instrument pod on top of the dash. It appears to change colour depending on how the car is driven. Did anyone see this on the North American spec cars?
although i just noticed that those images are of japanese model with japanese nav, so who knows really.

A better view of that dash strip lighting that changes colour. As seen on some of the Japanese cars: This time in fuchsia.
