Did you know ?? Cruise Control is disabled if in 'B' mode ?

    WOW now I know to make sure that that "B" mode does not get accidently chosen. Was coming home had needed to climb so did not notice till I was on a strait strech the cruze would not work. First time ever did that by mistake

    An interesting aside: In Searchlight, NV it is illegal to use an engine brake anywhere within the city limits. So when driving through on US 95 beware. There is a caveat, but, you'll find that out when you actually make the trip. Happy motoring.

    This is because of noisy "jake brakes" on diesel trucks. Engine braking on a Prius is functionally similar to downshifting with a normal gas engine, which is legal in all locations as far as I know.
