Did I make Bad Decision ?

yeah the supercharger had me perplexed as well. Though when I googled it, there were quite a few pictures (hence me being able to attach one). I got the impression that it is most definitely an aftermarket thing, but I also don't really understand how carfax populates it's data nor have I ever really payed much attention to a report.
