Desert ... beach ... what's the difference?

    That's the first side by side shot of the two models that I have seen. Apart from the colour differences, which is what the thread is all about, to me, the 2010 just seems to have better styling. Starting to make me look forward to when they become available in Australia. Just might consider getting a second Prius now rather than in a couple of years.

    I had seen the 2010 in sandy beach in a dealer showroom and had kind of written it off as being a little too light and bland -- like a light beige. But today, I saw some ouside in the sun, and they look so much better. Sometimes, they looked almost golden. Now I am trying to decide between blizzard pearl, winter grey, blue ribbon, and sandy beach. I will be getting the solar roof, so how that looks will make a difference -- and I haven't had the chance to see any Prius with the solar roof yet.
